Petition to Save Popular Diving Quarry

Here at RAID we appreciate the natural areas and greenspaces for us to dive, as we all do.

A group of residents and users of the area who are concerned about the proposed development of 180 houses at Preston Hill Quarry with associated loss of natural habitat, coastal path and facilities for police dive teams, fire and rescue, dog walkers, divers, dive schools, fishermen, kayak and open water swimming and all other responsible leisure use.

The local residents aim is to preserve and protect their community assets, environment and greenspaces around Preston Hill Quarry from development and destroying local assets for profit with no benefit to our community, including the scuba diving community.

Together we can save our precious greenspaces so please head over to the petition page and have your say.
